Customer Service

In accordance with the regulations on transparency and customer protection, Impact Bridge Asset Management SGIIC, SA offers its clients a Customer Service. The functions of this Department include the attention and resolution of complaints and claims that may be submitted by its clients. Complaints and claims should be addressed, in the first instance, to the head of the Customer Service Department of Impact Bridge Asset Management SGIIC, SA:

The Customer Service Department will attend to and resolve complaints and claims presented by customers within two months of their submission. In second instance, once the Customer Service route has been explored, they may contact the Complaints Service of the “Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores” (CNMV):
