Our Portal uses first-party cookies to distinguish users, help us provide a good browsing experience and allow us to improve the website. This policy informs you of what cookies are, which types we use, who uses them and how you may accept, configure or reject them, or withdraw your consent at any time.

1. Definition and classification of cookies according to their duration and management

Cookies are small text files that are stored on the user’s computer, smartphone or tablet when the user browses a website, and which make it possible to store and retrieve information about their browsing.

According to the length of time they remain active:

- Session cookies: they collect and store data only while the user browses the Portal, and are deleted when the browser is closed.

- Persistent cookies: the data remain stored on the user’s device for a set period of time, and may be deleted by the user at any time.

According to the entity that manages them:

- First-party cookies: they are sent to the user’s device from a domain managed by Impact Bridge.

- Third-party cookies: they are sent to the user’s device from a domain not managed by Impact Bridge, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through them.

2. Authorisation for the use of cookies

In accordance with the cookie notice that appears when accessing the Portal, users who browse it expressly consent to the use of cookies as described in this policy. Users may, at any time, configure their browser or the Portal itself to accept, reject or delete cookies, as explained in section 6.

3. Types of cookies according to their purpose and cookies used by the Portal

- Technicalor necessary cookies (always active):
They are essential for the operation of the Portal: they enable browsing, ensure that content loads correctly and remember the user’s decision on the use of cookies. They cannot be disabled, since without them the Portal could not provide the requested service.

- Analytics cookies:
These would make it possible to quantify the number of users and analyse their browsing in order to improve the Portal. No cookies of this type are currently used.

- Advertising or marketing cookies:
These would make it possible to display advertising tailored to the user’s interests. No cookies of this type are currently used.

- Personalisation cookies:
These would make it possible to remember the user’s browsing preferences (for example, language). No cookies of this type are currently used.

If in the future Impact Bridge were to incorporate analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies, these will be added to the table above before their installation, and will only be activated after the user’s express consent through the configuration panel.

4. Third-party cookies

The Portal does not currently use third-party cookies (for example, analytics, social media or advertising cookies). If any are incorporated in the future, this policy will identify the responsible third party, its purpose and the link to its own policy, and users’ consent will be requested again before their installation.

5. Cookie Management
- Impact Bridge Asset Management SGIIC, S.A., as data controller, in respect of the Portal’s first-party cookies.
- Webflow, Inc., as provider of the Portal’s hosting and management platform, acting as data processor on behalf of Impact Bridge.
