Arturo Benito
CEO and Founder of Impact Bridge. He is ESG and Impact Investing Associate Professor at IE (Instituto de Empresa). Arturo developed most of his professional career managing ethical and sustainable funds. In 2013 he started to co-manage a sustainable agriculture multi-asset fund. In 2016 he supported the launch of an impact investment program through various funds: private debt, private equity and listed equity. Arturo started his career in 2006 working for Boston Consulting Group as an intern in the Energy team (Oil and Gas). Later he worked at Morgan Stanley as an investment analyst in London. In 2010 Arturo moved to Cambodia to work as a volunteer for over a year. There he founded Karuna Education Center, providing computer and English training for the vulnerable population. In 2011 he joined Equilibria Capital Management Hedge Funds investment team following which he became a Portfolio Manager at Santalucía Asset Management. In 2018 he founded Impact Bridge. Arturo teaches financial modelling in the Master in Financial Markets at CUNEF Business School. He is a Telecommunications Engineer and has a PLD from Harvard Business School. Arturo received a Citywire A rating in 2018, assigned to managers in the top 15% of their relevant category.


Íñigo Serrats
Managing Partner and Founder of Impact Bridge. Íñigo is ESG and Impact Investing Professor at IE (Instituto de Empresa); a member of CFA Society Spain’s Sustainability Committee; Board Member of Faraday Venture Capital S.G.E.I.C and Strategic Partner of Faraday Venture Partners; and Associate Professor at CUNEF and CFA Society Spain. Íñigo joined from Morgan Stanley where he acted as Vice President. Previously he was Director of Financial Institutions for Spain and Latin America at Robeco Asset Management. Before he worked for Caixabank Asset Management as responsible for SRI and Ethical Investments and at BBVA Group as an investor relations executive (BBVA) and fund manager (BBVA Asset Management). He was CFA Society Spain’s Vicepresident of the Board (2016-18) and Board Member (2009-16). He is a CFA charterholder, holds a Master’s degree in Asset Management and Private Banking (BBVA Finance School) and holds two Licentiate Degree in Business Administration (CUNEF) and Actuarial and Financial Sciences (ICADE). He was member of the Ethics Committee of Microbank Ethical Fund, managed by Caixabank Asset Management from 2012 to 2014.

Carlos de Abajo
Portfolio Manager at Impact Bridge, Doctor Business Administration in Management and Technology, professor of Corporate Finance at Instituto de Empresa (IE) and professor of M&A at ICADE. Before, he was Managing Director and Head of M&A for Spain and Portugal at Bank of America (2014-2021) where he led private M&A deals (Gransolar, GALP gas distribution network, Gestamp solar energy business, Memora, Eolia, Tecnocom or Aktua among others) and public transactions (NH Hotels, DIA, Telepizza’s IPO and KKR’s subsequent tender offer or El Corte Inglés capital restructuring and high yield bond offering). Previously, he spent thirteen years at Morgan Stanley as Head of M&A for Spain and Portugal and Head of cross-border Europe/LATAM (2000-13). Carlos collaborates with the Global Commission to End Energy Poverty (led by the MIT/Comillas Universal Energy Access Laboratory with funding from the Rockefeller foundation). Carlos has a Double Degree in Business Administration and Spanish Law from ICADE.

Rita Grewal
Senior Investment Analyst at Impact Bridge since February 2019. Rita cumulates almost 20 years of experience as an investment analyst and fund manager at Fidelity Investments, an investment company with $2.46 trillion of assets under management. She started to work at Fidelity in 1995 as an investment analyst in London. From 2003 to 2012 she was responsible for the management of over £7 billion through various multi manager funds with an excellent track record. Her background in psychology facilitated that during her time at Fidelity she was selected to recruit new talent and to mentor new analysts joining the Fidelity team. In 2012 Rita moved from London to Singapore to take on responsibility for the Fidelity Asia Select List, a selection of funds for high-net-worth individuals. In 2014 Rita left the company to pursue a certification as a Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and founded Aran Capital, her own consultancy business to support fund managers. Since February 2019 she has been collaborating with Impact Bridge from Singapore. Rita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College in the United States.

Alejandra Pereda
Senior Investment Analyst at Impact Bridge since February 2020. Alejandra joined from Morgan Stanley where she spent most of her professional career: 20 years since AB Asesores was acquired by the investment bank. During that time, based in Madrid and London, she became Executive Director of Equity Research and headed the coverage of European Building Materials, Construction and Infrastructure industries. Alejandra previously fulfilled a role as lead analyst working in relevant IPOs such as Inditex, HeidelbergCement, Grohe or VolkerWessels. Her career started in AB Asesores in 1995, just before having finished the undergraduate studies, where she focused on the Spanish stock market, in particular, in small caps operating in retail, paper and tobacco. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business Administration from ICADE (Comillas Pontifical University), completed between 1991 and 1996. At present, she is also an external research advisor for Gestion de Fondo Educativo, where she carries out analysis of stocks valuation, research of ESG-compliant investment ideas and coverage of results.

Inês Henriques da Silva
Senior Sales Executive at Impact Bridge since 2020. Prior to Impact Bridge, Inês worked as Director of Fund Selection and Sales for Spain at Bankinter, Director of Sustainable Funds for Iberia at Sarasin Spain and Portugal and Director of Asset Management Sales for Portugal at Lehman Brothers. Previously, she was Vice President of Asset Management Sales for Portugal and Hedge Fund Specialist for Iberia at Amundi Pioneer Investments. Inês is also an entrepreneur. She was the Founder and CEO of Inês&Co, a catering services and events management company based in Madrid. Inês has a MA in Asset Management from Escuela de Finanzas del BBVA (Madrid, Spain) and a BA in Economics and International Trade from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris, France).

Álvaro Navarro
Investment Associate at Impact Bridge since December 2018. With a solid mathematical and analytic background, Alvaro combines his interest in financial analysis with his passion for cooperation and social projects that he has been putting into practice for almost 10 years. After a volunteering experience in Peru he started his career in 2014 working as an intern in a sustainability investment analysis team in JB Gestión Patrimonial. In 2015 he joined Ferrovial-Agromán to work on-site in the extension of the headquarters of Santander-Totta Bank in Lisbon, as part of the project management team. Later he moved to Birmingham (United Kingdom) to work for AECOM as contract manager in an important transportation project in the Middle East. Álvaro was awarded an Academic Excellence Grant by CAM and holds a Master in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Master in International Financial Markets from UNED Business School. Up to 2019 he volunteered in Asociación Atiempo in Madrid teaching lessons of basic computer occupational skills.

Ricardo Giménez-Arnau
Investment Analyst at Impact Bridge since September 2020. Previously, Ricardo completed two summer internships at Impact Bridge in 2019 and 2020, in which he provided support to the investment team, and wrote his final thesis in conjunction with the firm. He studied an undergraduate double degree in Business Administration and International Relations at ICADE (Comillas Pontifical University) between September 2015 and May 2020, a period during which he received the Academic Excellence Grant by CAM for four consecutive years and two scholarships from ICADE (one from university itself and another from the “Club Empresarial”, an association of alumni) that rewarded academic performance. Additionally, he has completed two semesters abroad, one in McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and another one in Singapore Management University (Singapore), and has worked as an investment banking off-cycle analyst at Société Générale. Lastly, he has been involved in several volunteering experiences in Madrid (Spain), such as Bokatas, that involves homeless people, or Suorine, that helps children in risk of exclusion.

Santos Díaz
Investment analyst at Impact Bridge since May 2022. He has worked as a consultant for governments and institutions, such as the World Bank, the IDB, IFC, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), to develop least-cost electrification plans integrating renewable energy for growing economies in South America, Africa, and Asia. At the same time, he is a Ph.D. candidate at IIT-Comillas in collaboration with the “Global Commission to End Energy Poverty” from MIT University and funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. The research analyzes the financial feasibility of achieving SDG 7, where all countries achieve 100% electrification by 2030. At Red Eléctrica de España, he was also in charge of managing the Spanish electricity system’s structural generation and demand data. He studied Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (ETSII) and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at ICAI. He was awarded the ” Celera Talent” scholarship in 2021, an annual high-performance program of the Rafael del Pino Foundation and the Sabadell Foundation that selects the ten best young Spaniards under 35 years old and provides them with the necessary tools to create wealth in Spain.

Braulio Pareja
Head of Academic Research at Impact Bridge and Lecturer of Economics and Business Ethics at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI-ICADE). After he finished his degree in History at Universidad de Salamanca, he studied the Master in International Development Cooperation at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. When he finished it in 2012, he was awarded an FPU research grant to study his Ph.D. within the Chair of Economics and Business Ethics at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid. After studying the Master in Business and Economic Investigations he read his doctoral Cum Laude thesis The financing of the Social Entrepreneurship. The profile of the impact investor and his behavior in making investment decisions, An approach from Behavioral Finance. Since 2017 he investigates about social entrepreneurship and impact investing, and is lecturer of ESG and Business Ethics in a number of degrees in Universidad Pontificia Comillas. In 2012 he founded Socialemprende, the Social Entrepreneurs Spanish Association. Other experiences include social impact measurement consultancy for a Spanish NGO in Nairobi (Kenia).

Rebecca Eastmond
Co-founder & CEO of Greenwood Place, which provides strategic advice and execution for a small community of entrepreneurial philanthropists. Rebecca created Greenwood Place in 2017 to leverage the experience she gained over 20 years’ work at the intersection of business and non-profit, including almost a decade with J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she led the bank’s philanthropy advisory offering in Europe, Middle East and Africa. She worked as a charity lawyer at Allen & Overy and then became CEO of The Prince’s Foundation for Arts and Kids, taking it from a start-up to working with 33,000 children in a 6-year period. She serves on the board of two grant-making foundations, is a trustee of Peek Vision, of Acumen Academy UK and a global council member for Acumen. She was previously trustee of Smart Works and the House of Illustration and served on the board of the UK’s Philanthropy Review. She read law at Oxford University and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.


José Luis Fernández
Director of the Iberdrola Chair in Economic and Business Ethics (Pontifical University Comillas). José Luis is a Fellow of Caux Round Table; he holds the CESCOM Compliance Certification and is an accredited member of the Internationally Certified Compliance Professional (ICCP), in the International Federation of Compliance Association (IFCA). He is a Full Professor of the ICADE Business Faculty and used to be coordinator of Professional Ethics for the entire University. He has been President of EBEN-Spain from 1993 to June 2007. As of May, 2000 he has been a member of the Board of the European Ethics Network. He takes part in the Commission for Corporate Social Responsibility of AECA (Spanish Organization for Accountability and Management), and is a member of the International Editorial Board of Directors of Ethical Perspective. He used to be a member of the Executive Board of Forética and former Vicerrector for International Affairs in Pontificial University Comillas (2000-2003). Fernández has written numerous articles and several books on Business Ethics and served in the Board of Directors of CIMEC and of Inway Fieldwork.

Saskia Bruysten
Co-Founder of Yunus Social Business (YSB) with Nobel Peace Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus and Sophie Eisenmann. YSB turns donations into investments in sustainable social businesses that provide employment, education, healthcare, clean water and clean energy to over 5 million people worldwide. Under Saskia’s leadership, YSB has also been working with over 20 global corporations to help them use their core competencies to address social problems. Prior to YSB, Saskia was the Co-CEO of the Grameen Creative Lab and a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Munich and NY. She holds an MBA from the European Business School in Germany and an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. Saskia is a civil society leader who has received numerous awards and was appointed to the EU Commission’s expert group on social business. She has also advised on Ban Ki-Moon’s UN MDG Advocacy Group as well as Sir Richard Branson’s B-team. She has lectured at several universities and speaks regularly at high profile events including the World Economic Forum or the Clinton Global Initiative.

Ricardo Gorodisch
Founder and President of Kaleidos Foundation, an organization that promotes health and gender equality and human rights as a whole. He is also Vice President of Retama Foundation and was formerly part of the Advisory Board of Torneos Foundation (2014-2016). He was a consultant for UNICEF Argentina, where he was part of the team focusing on Early Child Development. Ricardo holds an MD from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), where he specialized in Psychiatry. He is also a psychoanalyst and has trained at the Institute of Psychoanalysis from Asociación Psicoanalítica Argentina. Additionally, he is a member of the World Association of Infant Mental Health and the Asociación de Psiquiatras Argentinos. Prior to his current roles, Ricardo was a visiting fellow at Cornell University’s Department of Psychiatry for Children and Adolescents. In addition to his training and academic work, he has developed a specialization course of study on the psychopathology of infants for the Leo Kanner Institute in Porto Alegre, Brazil in combination with the University of Paris, Nord-Bobigny.


Louisa Brassey
Co-Founder of Greenwood Place, a philanthropy accelerator based out of London. She works on advisory and execution services helping individuals engage in philanthropic giving in an entrepreneurial and impactful manner. Besides, Louisa serves as chair of her family foundation, the Lucille Foundation which supports communities facing poverty and inequality and works to revitalize and restore balance to the environment. She is also a non-executive director at Heineken Holding N.V. and sits on the Sustainability and Responsibility Committee of Heineken N.V. Previously, she worked in advertising and marketing before her career in philanthropy at Greenwood Place. Louisa studied History at Princeton University and graduated in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree.

Eduardo Trueba
Independent consultant to global HNWI and family offices. With an eclectic professional career, he started as portfolio manager in Merrill Lynch and then headed the investment department at Banco Urquijo. In 1992, he assumed, from its inception, the position of Managing Director of Casa Grande (Del Pino’s family office) until 2007 when he stepped down from the day-to-day operations and was asked to become an independent member of the board and a trustee at Fundación Rafael Del Pino. From 2000-2010, he combined his activities at Casa Grande with his presence as Board member at Ferrrovial. Throughout his career he has also served as Board member at other Spanish top-class firms, such as Renta4 or Axiare, and provides independent advice to Elystone Capital. He studied E-3 at ICADE – Comillas University.

José Cerón
Head of Multi-Asset at Fonditel (Grupo Telefónica), where he works since 2016. Seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience in the Asset Allocation field, with expertise in traditional and alternative assets. José works at Fonditel since 2016 where he manages Fonditel’s mutual funds and corporate and individual pension schemes, with direct responsibility for the portfolio asset allocation in traditional and alternative assets. José started his career at Omega Capital (Alicia Koplowitz’s family office). Later he moved to BBVA, where he was responsible of managing the equity discretionary proprietary trading book. In 2012 he became senior portfolio manager at JB Capital Markets. Jose is member of the Headhunters & Employers Committee of CFA Society Spain, an associate professor at Instituto BME, CFA Society Spain and IE Business School. He is CFA charterholder, holds a Master Degree in Economics and Finance at CEMFI (Bank of Spain’s Foundation) and a Double Degree in Economics and Business Administration at Universidad Pompeu Fabra.
